JUDGMENT
Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026 The judgment in the writ petition was dictated in the open Court. However, before signing the judgment, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that material errors had crept in the writ petition and the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition.
2. I have perused the pleadings. The errors pointed out by the petitioner are serious in nature that it will affect the outcome of the writ petition.
3. In the facts of the case and in the interest of justice, I am of the view that the petitioner should be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach this Court again with a properly constituted writ petition.
Granting such liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
