JUDGMENT
Dated this the 28th day of January, 2026 The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking the following reliefs:
“i) |ssue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction calling for the records leading to Exts.P18 and P19 and quash the same;
ii) Direct the 2nd respondent to reconsider and grant approval of appointment of the 1st petitioner as LPSA from 01.06.2019 to 14.07.2021 and the 2nd petitioner as LPSA from 31.08.2021 with all consequential benefits forthwith.
iii) Issue such other and further orders which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
It is submitted that against Exts.P18 and P19, the petitioners have submitted Exts.P22 and P23 revision petitions under Rule
92 of Chapter XIVA KER.
2. As the petitioners have already preferred statutory revision petitions, it would be only just and proper that the 1st respondent considers the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law expeditiously.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Exts.P22 and P23 Revision Petitions and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period
