JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers : (i) “Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to consider and dispose of Ext. P4 application in Form 5 filed U/Rule 4(4D) of the Rules dehors the decisions contained in Exts. P5 and P7 of the 5th respondent, within the shortest time frame to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

(ii) Issue such other appropriate writ, direction or order as the case may be;

(iii) Issue an order dispensing with the production of the true English translation of the exhibits, produced along with this writ petition, which are in vernacular.”[sic]

2. Today, when the matter came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that Form-5 application is already rejected by order dated 25.05.2025. If that is the case, no further direction is necessary.

Recording the submission of the Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed.
