JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"i) Issue a Writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 1st respondent to consider and dispose of Ext. P3 within the shortest time frame to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court;

ii) Issue such other appropriate writ, direction or order as the case may be;

iii) Issue an order dispensing with the production of the true English translation of the exhibits which are in vernacular. "

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader submitted that appropriate orders in Ext.P3 will be passed within a week's time.

3. If that be the case, no further direction is necessary in this case.

Recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
