JUDGMENT

(Dated this the 27^th day of January, 2026)

The prayers in the OP(DRT) are as follows;

“(i) Direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal-I, Ernakulam to consider S.A No 997/2024 pending before that Tribunal at an early date.

(ii) Direct the Debt Recovery Tribunal -I, Ernakulam postpone the proposed E Auction schedule to be conducted on 09.12.2025 as evidenced by Exhibit P16 notice till a decision taking note of the various contentions raised by the petitioner in that application.

And (C) Pass such other orders or reliefs as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice”.

The learned counsel for the respondent bank on instructions submits that they have already released the item or property which is given as secured assets. Therefore, the question of E-sale does not arise for consideration. In such circumstances, the OP(DRT) stands closed.
