(Dated this the 27th day of January, 2026)

The writ petition is filed challenging Ext. P1 demand notice issued under Section 13 (2) of The Act dated 07.07.2025. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the said notice has already been withdrawn and that a fresh notice under Section 13 (2) was issued on 25.09.2025, followed by a notice under Section 13 (4), which has since been served on the borrower. It is further submitted that symbolic possession has already been taken. In view of the above, the writ petition is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court again, if so advised.

The writ petition is closed as above.
