JUDGMENT

Dated this the 27th day of January, 2026 The de facto complainant in Crime No.494 of 2018 of Pulpalli Police Station, filed this writ petition being aggrieved by the transfer of the above crime to Santhanpara Police Station.

2. The learned Government Pleader submitted upon instructions that the crime was already transferred to Santhanpara Police Station, wherein it was re-numbered as Crime No.2 of 2019, investigation was conducted and Final Report filed on 17.02.2019 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumkandam. She also submitted that in the above case, which was pending as C.C.No.474 of 2019, the accused person was discharged by the learned Magistrate on 17.11.2022.

In the light of the above submission, this writ petition became infructuous and accordingly, it is dismissed as infructuous.
