O R D E R

The prayers in the Review Petition are as follows:- “1) To review the judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court in WP(C) No. 29592/2025 dated 11.9.2025 by fixing a time frame of one month for the respondents 1 & 2 to consider Ext. P3 representation.

2) And to pass such other appropriate orders or directions which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case so as to secure the ends of justice. “

2. As per judgment dated 11.09.2025, this Court disposed of W.P.(C) No.29592 of 2025 directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to consider Ext.P3 application in accordance with law.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not considered Ext.P3 so far. The petitioner, therefore, seeks to fix a time frame to dispose of Ext.P3 representation.

Accordingly, this Review Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to dispose of Ext.P3 application within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
