JUDGMENT

The prayer in this writ petition is as follows;

(i) Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No. 698 of 2022 of Sreekaryam Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram within a period allowed by this court.

(ii) To dispense with the filing of English translation of vernacular documents '

(iii) Pass such other further orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

2.The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have completed the investigation and submitted the final report in the matter.

Therefore, the writ petition is closed as infructuous.
