This appeal has been filed under Section 14A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act , 1989 as amended in 2018 [hereinafter referred to as 'SC/ST POA Act, 2018' for short], challenging order dated 06.12.2025 in Crl.M.C. No.51/2025 on the files of the Special Court for SC/ST (POA) Act cases, Nedumangad, whereby the learned Special Judge granted bail to the 2nd accused in the said case. The appellant herein is the defacto complainant and the 2nd respondent herein is the 2nd accused in the above case. The 1st respondent herein is the State of Kerala.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that, the appeal is not intended to be prosecuted and may be permitted to be withdrawn. Permission granted.

Accordingly, this appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.
