JUDGMENT
This writ petition has been filed challenging Ext.P1 order directing an inspection in terms of the provisions contained inSection 66of the Kerala Co- operative Societies Act, 1969.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the petitioner has no right to challenge the notice at this stage and in view of the law laid down by the Full Bench of this Court in Kudayathoor Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. , v. Joint Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General); 2022 (3) KLT 222 (FB), the petitioner has to take up all contentions before the competent authority if any further action is taken on the report to be prepared under the provisions of the Section 66 of the 1969 Act.
3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader and having perused the law laid down by the Full Bench in Kudayathoor Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. (supra), I am of the view that the learned Government Pleader is right in contending that the petitioner cannot at this stage challenge
