JUDGMENT
The prayer is for an early consideration of RPIA.No.41 of 2025. This Court had called for a report from the Judicial Officer, who had reported that the matter had been posted for return of notice on 22.01.2026. 2. When the case is taken up today, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that notice has been served and the case stands posted on 12.02.2026.
In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of, directing the Munsiff Court, Alathur to consider and pass orders on RPIA.No.41 of 2025 if possible on 12.02.2026 or within three weeks thereafter.
