J U D G M E N T
The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to challenge an amendment in the prospectus on account of which they are not in a position to submit fresh options in the mop-up round and also to participate in the fresh allotment.
2. While admitting the writ petition on
14.09.2023, this Court had permitted the petitioners to submit fresh options and also to participate in the third round of allotment.
3. In view of the aforementioned interim order, I am of the opinion that the grievances of the petitioners in this writ petition are redressed and no further orders are required to be passed.
Hence, this writ petition would stand closed in terms of the interim order dated 14.09.2023.
