This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash all further proceedings in S.C.No.620 of 2017 on the file of the Vth Additional Sessions Judge, Ernakulam

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Advocate Smt.Nivedita Rajeev, representing Sri.S.Rajeev, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous insofar as the petitioner already stands acquitted in the trial that followed in S.C.No.620 of 2017. 3. In view of the subsequent developments, nothing further remains to be considered in the Crl.M.C. This Crl.M.C. is dismissed as infructuous.
