This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioners seeking to quash Annexure A2 Final Report and all further proceedings in C.C.No.475 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Alathoor arising out of Crime No.142 of 2019 of Nenmara Police Station.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Advocate Smt. Nayana Varghese, representing Sri.Dinesh Mathew J. Murikan, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Crl.M.C. has become infructuous.

The Crl.M.C. is hence dismissed as infructuous.
