This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Annexure A1 FIR No.748 of 2019 dated 29.11.2019 of Vilappilsala police station.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Advocate Smt.Akshaya S. Nair, representing Sri.Biju Balakrishnan, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of this Crl.M.C., a Final Report has been filed and that this Crl.M.C. can be closed, reserving the rights of the petitioner to take appropriate proceedings as against the Final Report filed.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Crl.M.C. is closed granting the liberty to the petitioner to take all remedies available under law as against the Final Report.
