This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Annexure A1 FIR in Crime No.66 of Museum Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Public Prosecutor on instructions confirms that as recorded in the order dated 10.12.2025, a refer report had been filed which has been accepted by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvananthapuram on
07.10.2024 and all further action had been dropped.
3. In view of the said developments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Crl.M.C can be closed.
The Crl.M.C. is closed as above.
