This Crl.M.C. is filed by the petitioner seeking to quash Annexure-I FIR registered in connection with Crime No.994 of 2021 of Kottayam West Police Station.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, Advocate Smt.Akshaya, representing Sri.O.D.Sivadas, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no further information from the client. The learned Public Prosecutor on instructions, submits that an undetected report was filed and as per the information available from the jurisdictional police station, the petitioner/accused passed away on 15.02.2022.

2. In view of the said subsequent development, this Crl.M.C.

stands abated and the same is closed.
