The petitioner has filed the captioned writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to release the original certificates/documents submitted by him while securing admission to the respondent – college.

2. I have heard Sri. B Mohan Lal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as Sri. Tony George Kannanthanam, the learned counsel for the respondent –

college.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, on the basis of the interim order granted by this Court, the respondent-college has already returned the certificates/documents submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing further remains for consideration in this writ petition, and the same would stand closed as infructuous.
