B. Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to allow Exts.P1 to P80 and issue identity cards to the petitioners as per Rule 26(A) (3) of the Rules;

B. Issue a writ of mandamus commanding the 1st respondent to allow Exts.P1 to P23 and issue identity cards to the petitioners as per Rule 26(A) (3) of the Rules;

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that petitioner Nos.7, 9, 11, 16, 17, 22, 23, 28, 36, 37, 38, 39, 45, 51, 57 and 72 in WP(C) No.40686 of 2024 and petitioner Nos. 1 and 19 in W.P.(C) No. 40729 of 2024 are not pressing the Writ Petition. WP(C) No.40686 of 2024 is taken as the lead case.
