JUDGMENT

The petitioner has filed a caption writ petition seeking to challenge certain coercive proceedings initiated by the respondent Electricity Board without extending the OTS facility.

2. It is pointed out by the Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board that on the basis of instructions received, there are no arrears pending to be recovered from the petitioner/consumer.

In view of the afore submission, this writ petition would stand closed as infructuous.
