This review petition is filed to review the judgment dated 16.12.2025 in WP(C) No.47178/2025, stating that the 1st respondent arrayed in the cause-title is incorrect and instead of ‘Revenue Divisional Officer, Palakkad’, it is shown as Revenue Divisional Officer, Ottappalam’. Hence this review petition.
Therefore, this review petition is allowed. The judgment dated 16.12.2025 in WP(C) No.47178/2025 is recalled. The writ petition is restored.
