JUDGMENT

This writ petition was filed seeking police protection to the life of the petitioner and also for enjoyment of his property without obstructions from respondents 2 to 4.

2. The learned counsel for respondents 2 to 4 submitted that they have no intention to cause any harm to the petitioner nor do they have any intention to obstruct petitioner's enjoyment of his property.

In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of making the interim order dated 29.09.2025 to the extent it granted protection to the petitioner to enjoy his property without obstruction from respondents 2 to

4, absolute. Ordered accordingly.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
