JUDGMENT
This writ petition was filed seeking a direction to permit the petitioners to appear for the remaining 10th Semester examination scheduled as per Ext.P1.
2. It was submitted that petitioners were not permitted to write the remaining examinations in the 10th semester on account of an attendance shortage which was notified after they wrote the first examination of the semester. However, when the writ petition was taken up for consideration, this Court by an order dated 21.10.2025 permitted the petitioners to write the remaining examinations and participate in the moot court as well as viva voce provisionally, subject to the final outcome of this writ petition.
3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that subsequently, petitioners' attendance shortage was condoned by order of the Vice Chancellor dated 29.11.2025 and therefore they became entitled to write the examination. In view of the above, petitioners' appearance in the examination is legally valid and nothing restraints the University from publishing their
