When this matter was called today, the learned counsel on both sides submitted that they have filed a joint memo wherein it is averred that all disputes between the parties in both these matters have been settled out of Court and all settlements completed.

2. We have examined the joint memo dated 27.01.2026 filed by both sides and we see that the afore averments find a place therein.

Consequently, we record the joint memo of the learned counsel for the parties and declare, with the consent of both sides, that the decree involved in OP(Others) No.796/2019 on the files of the learned Family Court, Mavelikkara, stands fully discharged and paid off.
