JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed seeking consideration of Exhibit P3 which is stated to be pending before the 1^st respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader submits, on instructions, that Exhibit P3 will be taken up and considered on 03.02.2026.

Taking into consideration the submission of the learned Government Pleader, I am of the opinion that this writ petition can be disposed of without notice to the 3^rd respondent by recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader that Exhibit P3 will be taken up and considered on 03.02.2026. I Accordingly, the the writ petition will stand disposed of, recording the submission of the learned Government Pleader. It is made clear that the 1^st respondent shall take up and pass orders on Exhibit P3, as expeditiously as possible and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the 3^rd respondent.
