IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM
HARISANKAR V. MENON, J
P.K.KHARIM – Appellant
Versus
ICICI BANK – Respondent

Advocates:

The petitioner had obtained a vehicle loan from the respondents, and he has approached this Court pointing out that steps are being taken by the respondent – Bank for re- processing the vehicle since there were arrears payable by him towards the loan taken. The petitioner has also sought for a direction to clear the arrears in instalments or in the alternative, to extend the One Time Settlement (OTS). In view of the averments contained in the writ petition, I am of the opinion that it is for the petitioner to approach the respondents if there are arrears even as of now. Leaving open the right of the petitioner to approach the respondents for OTS /instalment facility, this writ petition would stand disposed of.
