The learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri. K. Rajesh Kannan, would point out that, the petitioners as well as respondent Nos.4 and 5 are living together and that, at present, there are no disputes among them.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of as infructuous; however, the right of the petitioners to file an application under the provisions of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act , 2007, or to approach this Court, if so advised, is left open.
