JUDGMENT
The petitioner, a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Forestry Management and also possessing a Ph.D in Forest Ecology and Environment has filed the captioned writ petition, stating that she is not being permitted to participate in the selection process for appointment for the post of Scientist B 2107 - Environmental Science (SENV) and 2108 - Forestry (SFT) in Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education since she only had a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management.
2. While admitting the writ petition on 11.04.2023, this Court directed the respondents to issue Admit Card to the petitioner to participate in the selection process. Later, on 13.06.2023, this Court further directed the respondent to permit the petitioner to participate in the personal interview.
3. Today, Sri.Ansalam, representing Sri.Muhamood, learned counsel for the petitioner, would point out that the petitioner had already appeared for the personal interview. However, the result of the afore is not known to him.
In view of the afore submission, this writ petition would stand closed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to challenge the result of the selection process, in accordance with law,
