This Contempt Case is filed by the petitioner as against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in WP (C) No.45673/2024 dated 23.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents appeared and filed the compliance report and submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with.

3. The petitioner has received a copy of the same and submits that he is not pressing the Contempt Case.

4. In view of the compliance of the order of this Court, the Contempt Case does not survive for further consideration.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is disposed of as complied by the respondents.
