JUDGMENT
The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:
"i. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records leading to Ext.P13 and quash the same.
ii. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to allow Ext. P12 Form No.6 application untramelled by Ext.P13.
iii. issue such other and further reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case; and iv. award costs to the petitioners.
v. Petitioners also prays that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to dispense with the translation of the documents produced in the vernacular language. "

2. The petitioners challenge Ext.P13 by which the petitioners are directed to pay fee for conversion of the building exceeding three thousand square.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader.
4. There is no dispute to the fact that the point raised by the petitioners is covered in favour of the petitioners in Shiji Joshy v. State of Kerala [2022 (7) KHC 502] and Reeta John v. State of Kerala [2023 KHC Online 9383].
