JUDGMENT

The above Writ Petition (C) is filed with the following prayers:

"i. issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writs, directions or orders directing the 1st respondent to consider Exhibit P3 application submitted by petitioner and two others in form-5 under the provisions of Kerala Conservation of Paddy and Wetland Rules , 2008 within a time limit of three months;

ii. dispense with production of translation of Exhibits in vernacular;

iii. render such other orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

2. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to consider Ext.P3 Form – 5 application within a time frame.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

4. After hearing both sides, I think there can be a direction to consider Ext.P3 application within a time frame. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of in the following manner:
