JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed with following prayers:
i. To call for the entire records leading to Exhibit P20 letter issued by the respondents and quash the same by issuing a writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order;
ii. Issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction to respondents, to reconsider Exhibits P9, P12, P14, P19 and P21 applications/letters submitted by the petitioner and direct the respondents to change the ownership of building bearing No.NP1/947 of Neduvathur Grama Panchayat to petitioner’s name and accept tax in petitioner’s name;
iii. Such other writ order or directions as are necessary in the nature of the case and in the ends of justice.

2. This writ petition is filed challenging Ext.P20. When this Writ Petition came up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the Panchayat to consider Ext.P21. I think that prayer can be allowed.
