JUDGMENT
The above writ petition is filed with the following prayers:
“i) issue a writ of mandamus or other writ order or direction directing, the 1st and 2nd respondent to afford necessary and effective protection for life and engaging workers and constructing compound wall of the petitioner’s property.
ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or other writ order or direction directing, 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary legal action on Ext. P4 complaint.
iii) to dispense with filing of translation of vernacular documents.
iv) to grant such other reliefs as this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice.” (SIC)
2. The petitioner is the owner of an immovable property having an extent of 22.26 Ares, situated in Thenjipalam Village, Tirurangadi Taluk in Malappuram District is the submission. According to the petitioner, the property is described as ‘purayidam’ in the revenue records. The said property is not included in the Data Bank is the submission. Ext.P5, Basic Tax Register (BTR) is produced to show that the property is shown as ‘purayidam’.
