Judicial directions ensure timely correction and communication of decisions regarding property in administrative proceedings.

JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. Issue a of writ of mandamus or appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 2 to communicate the Ext.P3 decision regarding the petitioner property to Respondent No. 3 and direct the Respondent No. 3 to publish the same in the official gazate and thereby remove the entry of petitioner’s property covered by Ext.P1 from data Bank within a time frame fixed by this Hon’ble court.

ii. Dispense with filing of the translation of documents in Malayalam produced in the above writ petition.

iii. Pass such other writs, orders or directions as this Hon'ble Court may deems just, fit and necessary in the facts and circumstances of this case.

iv. Allow the writ petition writ petition with cost.

2. The main prayer in this writ petition is to issue appropriate direction to the 2^nd respondent to communicate Ext.P3 decision regarding the petitioner’s property to the 3^rd respondent and direct the 3^rd respondent to publish the same in the official gazette and thereby remove the entry of petitioner’s property covered by Ext.P1 from data Bank within a time frame. This Court directed the Government Pleader to get instructions. The Government Pleader submitted that, within two months, necessary steps will be taken. If that is the case, this writ petition need not be retained here. Recording the same, this writ petition can be disposed of.

Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondents 3 and 4 to do the needful to publish the corrigendum consequent to Ext.P3, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this judgment.
