JUDGMENT

The original petition has been filed seeking early disposal of an appeal pending before the 1^st appellate court. This Court had called for a report from the Judicial Officer. A report has been received stating that three months time will be required for disposing of the case after completion of steps for notice on additional respondents 14 to 16.

In the above circumstances, this original petition is disposed of directing the Assistant Sessions Court/Sub Court/Commercial Court, Nedumangad to consider and dispose of A.S.No.28/2015 at the earliest, at any rate within three months after completion of the steps for notice on additional respondents

14 to 16.
