ORDER

This is an application seeking transfer of O.P.No.1130 of 2024 on the Family Court, Malappuram to the Family Court, Ottapalam where O.P.(G&W) No.992 of 2024 is already pending. The petitioner is the wife of the respondent.

2. The counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has no difficulty to prosecute the matter and hence no transfer is required. Having gone through the reasons stated by the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a young mother residing within the jurisdiction of Family Court, Ottapalam, I am of the opinion that it is only appropriate that the prayer is granted.

In the result, transfer petition is allowed and O.P.No.1130 of 2024 pending before the Family Court, Malappuram stands transferred to the Family Court, Ottapalam to be disposed of along with O.P.(G&W) No.992 of 2024.
