ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.P.

(HMA) No.530 of 2020 pending before the Family Court, Kollam to the Family Court, South Paravur where OP(OTH) No.365 of 2023 and OP(G&W) No.68 of 2023 filed by the respondent are pending. Even though the respondent has been served with notice, she has not chosen to appear. Apparently, the respondent has no objection to the prayer in the transfer petition.

In the above circumstances, this transfer petition is allowed and O.P.(HMA) No.530 of 2020 pending before the Family Court, Kollam stands transferred to the Family Court, South Paravur to be disposed of along with OP(OTH) No.365 of 2023 and OP(G&W) No.68 of 2023.
