JUDGMENT

Petitioners have approached this Court seeking expeditious disposal of Ext.P4 request pending before the 3^rd respondent, for issuance of possession certificate, ownership certificate, location sketch and non-attachment certificate. Petitioners submit that the issue is covered in their favour by Exts.P5 and P6 and also the recent judgment in W.P.(C) No.35883 of 2024, of this Court.

2. Heard the learned Government Pleader, who upon instruction submits that Ext.P4 request is pending consideration before the 3^rd respondent Village Officer.

Taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, there will be a direction to the 3^rd respondent to take a decision on Ext.P4 request made by the petitioners, taking note of Exts.P5 and P6 and the judgment in W.P. (C) No.35883 of 2024, copies of which shall be made available before the 3^rd respondent by the petitioners. A decision in this regard shall be taken within an outer limit of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
