JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of January, 2026 Petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the

4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 application for allotment of a house under the Life Mission Scheme.

2. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.

Taking into consideration the limited request made by the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P6 application in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner. A decision in this regard shall be taken within an outer limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
