JUDGMENT

This writ petition is submitted by the petitioner being aggrieved by the failure of the respondents to refund the amount as per Ext.P1 order passed by the 1^st respondent along with the applicable interest under Section 244A of the Income Tax Act . Today when the matter came up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that, all the eligible amount including the interest is already received. In such circumstances, further orders are not necessary. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed recording the above submission.
