The Petitioner may be permitted to take out an application for issuance of notice to produce Exts.A5 to A23 from the proper custody in support of the amended pleadings. It will be open to the Petitioner to examine the person producing the documents from proper custody and to pray for marking of those documents as exhibits in accordance with law, subject to any objection that may be raised by the Respondents in this regard.

2. Although we are of the view that the findings of the learned Rent Control Court do not call for any interference, but now having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the Petitioner, we pass the aforesaid order.

The Petition is accordingly, disposed of.
