The petitioner challenges Ext.P4 order of the learned Family Court, Ernakulam, which dismissed IA No.7/2025 in OP No.1658/2021. 2. The afore Original Petition was filed by the petitioner, seeking divorce from the 1st respondent, inter alia, on the ground of adultery. He then sought to amend the Original Petition by filing IA No.7/2025, to incorporate, inter alia, a paragraph that his maid had seen the 1st respondent in a compromising position with the 2nd respondent in their bedroom; but that, though he had informed his counsel about this earlier, he had omitted to make it a part of the pleadings. He says that he, thereafter, changed the counsel, to then file IA No.7/2025 to bring in the amendments as sought for. He argued that the learned Family Court has, however, not understood the position in its right perspective; and has consequently, dismissed the application without proper thought.
3. We notice from the impugned order that the learned Court has concluded that the averments now sought to be incorporated are vague without any specifics, including the time or date; and that the case of the petitioner is incredulous because if the information now
