JUDGMENT
Dated this the 19th day of January, 2026
1. The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the Respondent/Bank to remove the lien. The Petitioner had approached this Court earlier when the operation of his account was prevented by the Bank on account of the lien at the instance of the Respondent No.4. The lien sought for by the Respondent No.4 was for Rs.1,00,000/-. The grievance of the Petitioner in this Writ Petition is that in spite of passing the Ext.P2 judgment, the Bank is not permitting the Petitioner to operate the account.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instructions from the Respondent No.4, submitted that the amount in the requisition from the Respondent No.4 is Rs.1,00,000/-.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Bank submitted that the Petitioner was not permitted to operate the account for want of updation of KYC details of the Petitioner as well as the Respondent No.3. This Court had passed an interim order dated 27.10.2025,
