CRL.REV.PET NO. 3521 OF 2010 | CRL.A NO.141 OF 2008 | SC NO.416 OF 2006
O R D E R
The learned Public Prosecutor has placed before me the copy of the death certificate of the revision petitioner which would go to show that the revision petitioner passed away on 24.11.2015. So far, no person has come before this Court for getting impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased revision petitioner. The learned counsel who had been appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that none of the legal representatives have approached him also for getting impleaded in this revision petition.
In the above circumstances, the revision petition is dismissed as abated by the death of the revision petitioner.
