O R D E R
The Criminal Miscellaneous Case is filed to quash Annexure-1 FIR in Crime No.1936 of 2021 registered by the Mangalapuram Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram.
2. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has been absconding and the case against him has been transferred to the Long Pending Register.
3. In light of the above submission, it is upto the petitioner to first surrender before the jurisdictional court and get himself enlarged on bail and thereafter file a fresh Crl.M.C. on the same cause of action.
Recording the above submission, the Crl.M.C. is dismissed, but without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to file a fresh Crl.M.C. on the same cause of action, subject to the condition that he surrenders before the jurisdictional court and get himself enlarged on bail.
