O R D E R

The Transfer Petition has been filed seeking transfer of OP(HMA) No.392 of 2024 on the file of Family Court, Chavara to the Family Court, Punalur. It is stated in the petition that M.C. No.62 of 2024 and O.P(Others) No.296 of 2024 filed by the petitioner are pending before the Family Court, Punalur.

2. The respondent entered appearance. The learned counsel for the respondent raised serious objections to the transfer.

3. The facts pleaded would show that two cases are already pending before the Family Court, Punalur, and even otherwise, the respondent will have to defend the said cases before the Family Court, Punalur. As such, there is no justification for the objections raised. I am of the opinion that all the cases should be heard and disposed of by the same court, as it will be convenient to all the parties.

In the result, the Transfer Petition is allowed.

OP(HMA) No.392 of 2024 stands transferred from Family Court, Chavara to Family Court, Punalur to be heard and disposed of along with M.C. No.62 of 2024 and O.P(Others)
