JUDGMENT This Writ Petition was filed by the petitioner opposing the display of fireworks without any permit or licence by the competent Authority.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Pleader would submit that the festival, in connection with which the display was made, is over and that this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also endorse that the festival is over.

The submission is recorded and this Writ Petition will stand closed.
