The limited plea in this petition, seeking review of the judgment of this Court, is that the place of exchange qua direction No.2 in the judgment be altered to Erode, whenever the petitioner is unable to travel to Palakkad.

2. We do not require to write a contested judgment because, the parties are now in consent.

3. Sri.Balram S.A. – appearing for the father, submitted that he is willing to travel to Erode every weekend to see the child.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner – mother, Sri.Sarath M.S., agreed that if the father is to travel to Erode every weekend, the child can be given to him in custody from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. He then added that whenever his client travels to Palakkad, where her parental home is, she will intimate the respondent at least one week in advance, so that the place of exchange on such Sundays can be at the “Fort Maidan”, Palakkad, as mentioned in direction No.2.

In the afore circumstances, we allow this review with the consent of both sides; and modify the directions therein in the following manner:

(a) The petitioner father will be in interim custody of the child from 10 a.m. till 4 p.m. every Sunday henceforth and the place of exc
