JUDGMENT

Dated this the 30th day of January, 2026 The petitioner is a Teacher working in H.N.C.K.M AUP School, Karassery, Mukkom, Kozhikkode. The petitioner states that the petitioner’s appointment was not approved and the matter was taken up before the 1st respondent.

2. The 1st respondent passed Ext.P6 order dated

28.02.2024 rejecting the request of the petitioner for approval of appointment on two counts. Firstly, the 1st respondent stated that the Manager has not submitted copies of Staff Fixation orders for the relevant academic years. Secondly, there existed management dispute and W.P.(C) No.18409/2022 was pending before this Court. The petitioner submits that as the managerial dispute has now been settled between the parties, W.P.(C) No.18409/2022 has been withdrawn.

3. As the ground for rejection of the petitioner’s application ceases to exist anymore, I am of the view that the 1st respondent can reconsider the matter in the light of changed circumstances.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of directing the

1st respondent to reconsider Ext.P4 Revision Petition for approval of appointment to the post of UPST in H.N.C.K.M AUP School, Karassery from 16.09.2019 taking note of the changed circumstances. Ext.P6 is set aside to enable the 1st respondent to reconsider the matter. Orders shall be passed within a period of four months, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, Manager and other affected parties, if any. Needless to say, the Manager shall make available all the relevant documents including Staff Fixation Orders.
